JDL will take full responsibility for all parts and design. We will handle the shipping and verify the abutment was made to specifications before shipping it to you. Occasionally minor adjustments need to be made and we take care of these changes in our lab, before shipping it to you.

Quality comes first at Jerry’s Dental Lab. Each case is reviewed before it leaves our laboratory. We value our customers, and their comments. With every case a comment form is sent giving the doctor a chance to give us some feed back. All comments are shared with the technicians and action is taken based on the reports. We believe the key to success is a good relationship between the Doctor and technician and open lines of communications.
